Individual or Semi-private Personal Training SessionsI offer individual as well as semi-private personal training sessions. Many clients enjoy the one-on-one instruction and workouts. They typically schedule 2 to 3 workouts a week on a regular set schedule. A one hour personal training sessions is $35.
Other clients have found that having a "workout buddy" is ideal for them. Having a "workout buddy" makes them keep to their workout schedule since their "buddy" is relying on them to show up. It also allows them to workout more often since the expense is less than a private workout session. A personal training session for two is $40 for one hour ($20 per person). Again, I schedule your workouts on a set weekly schedule for my clients. I also have a couple of groups of three individuals for personal training.
