Meet Tina Johnson
Tina Johnson has been teaching one-on-one personal training and group fitness since 1989. She still enjoys what she does and appreciates that it is her clients that give her that enjoyment of her profession.
Tina has a degree in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University. For seven years Tina co-owned and operated the Fitness Center for Women, a 6000 square foot full service fitness facility exclusively for women in Connecticut. In 2005, Tina and her husband, Randy decided it was time to get out of the cold and be closer to her extended family -parents, grandmother, brother and nieces. Tina, Randy and their daughter, Amalia relocated to Southwest Florida. Initially, Tina worked at several of the local gyms in the area and then decided to open up her own personal training studio. |
Tina believes in "practicing what she preaches." She is an avid cyclist, runner and loves to compete in triathlons and running events. Tina has completed a full Ironman and many half Ironman competitions, five Marathons and many half Marathons. She recently competed in Ironman Florida on November 3 2012. Tina's whole family also enjoys training and competing. Randy, Amalia, stepson Randy and Tina train together and compete together regularly.
While Tina enjoys training and competing in various events, her training is geared to what her clients need not preparing everyone for Ironman competitions. You can rest assured that your exercise needs and goals will drive Tina's personalized plan for your needs and goals all while working around any physical issues you may have (knee problems, back problems, rotator cuff issues, injury recovery, etc.) Tina's clients range from adolescents to seniors. She offers private sessions, semi-private and private group sessions. Call Tina today at (239) 218-3669 to schedule your free evaluation. When you meet Tina you will know that her training methods are designed to help you meet your goals. |
